BOOKING TERMS

Bookings are accepted either for (a) Rooms, or for (b) Package Tours.

For Room Bookings: Upon receipt of your ENQUIRY, we send you availability status along with a timeline for making the payment. During the mentioned timeline we hold the rooms provisionally for you. On receipt of the confirmation amount, your booking is confirmed. We then, send you Accommodation Voucher over the mail, a printout of which along with a photocopy of your Identity Proof (Mandatory requirement) is required to be carried by you.

We release the rooms held for you in the event of non receipt of payment within the mentioned timeline without assigning any reason or sending you any further communication.

For Package Tour Booking:

Upon receipt of your ENQUIRY, we will get back to you with -- detailed Itinerary, Cost, Terms and conditions, the timeline for making the payment and other necessary details.

Once you agree to the cost and terms and conditions, please send us your confirmation to go ahead with the Itinerary and the cost. It is assumed that you have gone through the terms and conditions and agree to it, once your confirmation is received.

On Acceptance & Confirmations -- Against the timeline for payments, you need to deposit the payments before the timeline

PAYMENT TERMS

For Room Booking: 100% payment is to be made to confirm a booking.

For Package Tour Booking:

Advance and Final Payment: 50% advance is to be paid to confirm a booking. Balance 50% is to be paid at least 30 days before date of departure.

However, if the date of booking is within 30 days of the date of journey, 100% of the package cost is to be paid at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel the package in the event of non-receipt of final payment within the mentioned timeline without assigning any reason or sending you any further communication.

However, in case of payment using the above link, a Convenience fee of 4% of the total amount being paid using the payment gateway IS TO BE ADDED while making the payment.
