Itinerary
Day 1 : Start from Kolkata by AC vehicle and transfer to Godhkhali. Visit Sajnekhali Watchtower.
Day 2 : Entire day on the Boat safari in the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve. Visit Dobanki Watch Tower & Canopy Walk.
Day 3 : Half day cruise in the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve. Visit the Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower and return to Kolkata.
Child Policy
- One Child below 05 years is Complimentary with no extra bed. However in the case of two or more children below 05 years, 25% of each adult child excluding one child is to be paid for each children combined.
- Child between 05 years and 09 years: 50% of Adult Package cost without extra bedrolls.
- Child between 05 years and 09 years: 70% of Adult Package cost with extra bedrolls/Mattress.
- Children over 09 years: Considered adult and Full Adult charges applicable.
Please note, we are very strict about child policy. Proof of age is to be produced if the age of the child is claimed below 05 years OR 09 years.
Cancellation Policy
Time is the essence of a Contract and so is it in the applicability of Cancellation Policy in the case of Cancellation of Tour Package.
Cancellation policy becomes applicable once a package is cancelled for whatsoever reason like illness - minor or major, apprehension of spread of epidemic or apprehension of any other kind, or for late arrival of flight, train or any other reason, whatever it is, even if it happens due to no fault of the person booking the package.
Non arrival/ non participation at the reporting time and date would also be deemed to be a Cancelled package and the Cancellation Policy would apply.
A written intimation is required to be furnished to cancel a booking. Verbal, Telephone, Mobile call or Text messages on any platform or any other messenger including WhatsApp is not accepted.
Intimation for Cancellation of Tour package would be deemed to have been made only if written communication is received by India Beacons by way of Hand delivery of a letter of Cancellation in our office or an Email is received by us only from the email ID from which the communication for confirmation was received by the person making the booking.
Since we do not advocate the use of WhatsApp/Text Message for OFFICIAL PURPOSES, we do neither confirm, not accept communication of cancellation of a Tour package in WhatsApp/Text Message or any other messaging platform.
The General rules of cancellation of a tour package are:
- (a) If written intimation of Cancellation is received at least 30 days or more in advance from the date of START OF THE TOUR PACKAGE, then 30% of Total Bill amount will be charged as cancellation fees. Balance 70% would be refunded. Kindly note, Cancellation Policy is applicable on the Entire Bill Amount and not on any Advance Amount or any part payment made for the confirmation of tour package. GST amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.
- (If written intimation of Cancellation is received within a period of 29 days and 15 days of the date of START OF THE TOUR PACKAGE, 50% of the Total Bill will be charged as cancellation Fees. Balance 50% would be refunded. Kindly note, Cancellation Policy is applicable on the Entire Bill Amount and not on any Advance Amount or any part payment made for the confirmation of tour package. GST amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.
- (c) No refund is allowed if written intimation of cancellation is received within 14 days of date of START OF THE TOUR PACKAGE.
- (d) Kindly note that the Cancellation Policy would apply once an advance payment has been received by India Beacons Sojourn; even if India Beacons has not incurred any expenses by way of any payment made for booking of hotel rooms, vehicles, boat rentals or for any other facilities required for the performance of the tour package. Non-payment of any expense by India Beacons Sojourn is not a ground for returning any advance or confirmation amount.
The Cancellation Policy would prevail in case of any Cancellation for whatsoever reason it is.
You are hereby requested to take note of the CANCELLATION POLICY and understand it properly before confirming your booking.
Neither future deviation from the mentioned Cancellation Policy nor any request for non-applicability of Cancellation Policy on any grounds would be entertained.
Your tour is confirmed ONLY upon the premise that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned herewith as well as you agree to the CANCELLATION POLICY.
Also payment of advance construes the acceptance of the “General Terms and Conditions”, the “Cancellation Policy”, the “Refund Policy after application of Cancellation policy” as well as the “Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause”:.
